About the Client

My client is a private, dynamic development company based in Central London, which currently has a number of large mixed-use projects at various stages. The business is lead and managed by a number of well-known and highly experienced property professionals.

The Role 

• Responsible for the delivery of high quality mixed use development schemes, both within Central London and regionally.
• Management and consistent delivery of projects to meet the financial and sustainability targets of business
• Add significant value by applying a strong commercial awareness in leading and executing projects from the design, planning and construction phases from inception to completion.
• Prepare performance reporting and post project reviews.
• Assist in managing joint venture relationships as appropriate.

What we’re looking for

The role would suit someone who is motivated to expand their knowledge of the development process from inception through to start on site. Many tasks need the ability to analyse problems and think outside the box, to arrive at cost effective solutions. Good communication skills and a leadership ability to organise efficient team working will be essential to success. You will also play an integral part in developing the business further, enhancing your skills and understanding.
