Lettings & Sales Administrator – Prime Central London

Our client, a highly regarded name across the residential Estate Agency and Development market is looking to bring on the services of an experienced lettings and sales administrator in one of the most established offices across the company with the core objective being to support the team and office as a whole.

You will play a crucial role within a very busy office taking on a large amount of responsibility and the opportunities career wise for those wanting a long-term move will be significant.

The job will involve:

  • Liaising between the negotiators, clients, tenants & accounts department to ensure that all tenancies are concluded smoothly
  • Providing support to a busy team
  • Daily and efficient office and diary management
  • General office duties including filing, archiving, document scanning and typing of reports and letters
  • Drawing up all new tenancy documentation, including confirmation letters, tenancy agreements, tenants references, consents/permissions, arranging inventory check-ins, health and safety checks, drawing up all tenancy renewal documentation relating to the same.

 You will ideally meet the following requirements:

  • Be a confident, highly organised and efficient administrator with a keen eye for detail and who can work well under pressure
  • Reapit experience and knowledge is advantageous
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • You must have 12 months minimum experience in a similar role
  • You must be Word/Excel proficient
  • Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy a challenging, busy office environment

The ideal candidate will be someone friendly, passionate, enthusiastic and being a self motivated yet strong team player will be vital because you will be working closely with the senior management and the wider team in the office taking a lot of pressure off their shoulders.
