Your new company
This medium sized national property consultancy has been well established in Manchester for decades, and has the loyal client list to show for it. Working with a range of public sector, private property owners and blue chip organisations, they provide an all encompassing, top quality service to their clients, taking pride in a job well done.

With a steady growth plan in place, they are looking to add to their busy property management team, based in their modern, Manchester City Centre offices.

Your new role
You'll manage tenant communications, repairs, lease breaches, credit control, maintenance and handle all costings, tenant enquiries and contractors. This is a broadly commercial portfolio of varying size properties with some residential in the mix too.

You will be responsible for providing a top quality service to your customers, be customer facing, and maintaining the value of the assets you manage.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have commercial property management experience, be a self starting, motivated person, able to handle difficult situations, client relationships and tricky tenants.
