This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join an innovative and expanding organisation. This Real Estate Management and Letting firm is widely respected in the city for their forward-thinking approach concerning the residential and commercial property markets. The company is securing business at a rate which has required the need for a new commercial property manager.


Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties in London, working from the office based in Hertfordshire. Within this role you will be expected to negotiate new leases and project manage in respect of refurbishments and conversions. You'll also carry out rent reviews and lease renewals as well as maximising assets income streams for the company. As commercial property manager you will also be carrying out site visits and overseeing maintenance issues and repairs.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, the successful applicant must have previous experience working within the commercial property management sector. Ideally you will also have a degree in Real Estate / Estate Management (or a property/construction related discipline), hold a full UK driving license and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience within the above duties. RICS membership is desirable in this role.
