Job Details
A traditional property company with a fantastic reputation across the market is looking to appoint a Town Planner to their highly respected Planning team in London. Working on major developments, across the south east, you will be working with a mixture of blue-chip clients, retailers, landowners and developers.
With a healthy pipeline of work, the team is going from strength to strength and require an ambitious and talented Planner to work closely with the Directors on several schemes.
About You
You will be a chartered Planner with public or private sector experience, have an ambition to achieve top results and pride yourself on your ability to offer expert advice to clients. Your ability to chair meetings, communicate strong arguments and promote development with entrepreneurial and creative ideas will help you settle in with likeminded individuals in the team.
You will have 2-4 years' experience and feel comfortable in working on your own projects while also assisting Associates and Senior Directors on major schemes.
