Investment Director - Real Estate

My client is looking for either a VP or an Investment Director to run their London based investment team. They are a well capitalised mixed use developer with an exceptional track record in creating a one of a kind living space to both live and work in. They have recently raised a substantial amount of capital and their gross GDV is in excess of £2.5bn.

This role will take the lead on;

• Sourcing and executing deals that meet the investment criteria;
• Attracting and managing reliable sources of capital for new transactions and helping grow the platform strategically with world-class execution that can serve institutional capital needs.
• Manage investor relations and major fundraising initiatives
• Build strategic partnerships
• Work closely with Asset Management, Development and Operations functions to ensure highest investment performance across the investment life cycle
• Lead, train and support junior team members to realise their full potential
