A vibrant Shoreditch based Investor/Developer are looking for a Junior Office Leasing Agent.

They have had huge success supporting innovative fintech, fashion and media clients in sourcing beautiful office spaces.

In this role you won't be restricted to a certain area of London, nor a strict-criteria for the assets you will be acquiring. This team encourages an opportunistic approach, with no requirement to conform to the standard agency limitations.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with contacts and clients
• Source new leads and potential acquisitions
• Sub 5,000sq/ft office spaces will be your area of the business to run with

Qualifications/Expectations:

• 6 months+ experience in a transactional role. This does not have to be Real Estate focussed, but must have been a client facing position that helped you develop your interpersonal and customer service skills
• Experience in Real Estate, either through your education, or at least 1 year of work experience
• MRICS preferable but not required
• Confident to work independently with clients when required
• Hard-working, ambitious, and passionate about a more modern approach to London Real Estate

Salary: £25-35,000 + competitive commission structure
