Description

The Director in Property Management's focus will be on providing exceptional and professional Property Management to a range of clients in the UK and leading the team strategically. You will have responsibility for more junior members of the management team and be charged with the team's development and future growth.

- Be the main point of contact in respect to regional clients

- Lead and manage Property Management for clients

- Develop working relationships internally to maximise cross selling opportunities

- Effectively managing client relationships

- Report directly to clients on all L&T matters

- Promote a culture of excellent customer service

- Provide strategic advice and identify opportunities within client portfolios

Profile

We are looking for someone with the ambition and knowledge to take on a leading role. You will be a Chartered Surveyor with experience working in consultancy or client-side Property Management. This could be someone already operating at Director level or an Associate Director ready to take the next step in their career.
