Job Details
Key responsibilities:
- Provide forecasting and analytical support at asset, portfolio and fund level
- Support Fund Manager and Asset Managers by providing analysis of strategic / tactical property portfolio and fund level investment decisions
- Assist Fund Manager in reporting to the Investment Committee, Board, investors etc. on fund performance, potential acquisitions, capexp or disposals
- Provide analytical support in the preparation of annual business plans and re-forecasting exercises
- Provide financial analysis at the property and corporate/fund level for new business projects
- Provide analysis to support any corporate or tax structuring, as well as new debt or refinancing matters
Technical Skills & Qualifications Required
- Strong real estate modelling experience familiar with asset, SPV and fund appraisals
- Prior real estate experience; preferably with an understanding of the European real estate market
- Advanced MS Office software skills; experience of working with Argus Enterprise would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills
- A good relevant under-graduate degree (further industry qualifications preferred).
