Job Details
A Development Manager opportunity has arisen with an outstanding residential property developer in central London. In this development management role, you will be responsible for leading the development brief and strategy and optimising development value throughout the project lifecycle.
You will excel in stakeholder management and have fantastic communication skills. You will optimise the value of the development projects under your responsibility and have accountability for the project appraisals, budget and funding reports.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate superb Development management skills honed in a residential or mixed use development background. You will have planning and policy procedure experience and a sound knowledge of the design process and its value in the delivery of a project.
Your ambition and drive will be clear but you will also be a team player with excellent people and communication skills.
