Building Manager

One of Europe's most renowned consultancies is currently hiring a Building Manager to manage an award winning 80,000 ft2, seven floor multi tenanted Commercial premises in London.

This is a client and customer facing role which will see the successful candidate take responsibility for delivering site-based property management services to the occupiers of the building. Delivering and maintaining the standards of the client in an innovative, operationally efficient manner. The successful candidate will act as the Managing Agent interface for the commercial occupiers within the building and manage the building to ensure it remains safe, available and attractive to all who work and visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that high standards of property management and presentation are achieved and maintained at all times.
• Develop & maintain understanding and close working relationship with occupiers.
• Pro-actively procure, supervise and manage building and contracted services for the premises.
• Act as the key interface for all activities within the premise.
• Manage minor projects and inspect completed works to ensure they are finished to high standards in a timely and cost effective manner and update the Client representative accordingly.
• Oversee and ensure Regulations and procedures are followed and Permits to Work for all contractor activities within the building are raised and managed to completion.
• Carry out any other reasonable request of the Property Surveyor.
