Are you a Senior Planner looking for a change? Want to be given the freedom to lead on your own projects in a variety of sectors, all from the comfort of your own home?!
A niche consultancy that offer a range of services to their clients, helping them to achieve positive development, is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to take charge of Planning projects on their behalf. Working with internal colleagues across numerous disciplines as well as external architects and clients, you will be vital in helping the expansion of the company as they look to develop Planning as an added service to their offering.
On a daily basis, the Senior Planner will be managing applications, coordinating teams of consultants and offering sound planning advice on numerous developments of various sizes. A lot of work will come from external sources however an added element of the role will be to bring in your own fees and projects where possible through the use of your personal network.
With 3-10 years' experience you should be a chartered member of the RTPI and have worked in the private sector, either consultancy or developer, and have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system. Ideally you will be an ambitious and driven individual who is excited about the start of a new venture and being part of a growing team.
The company is a small multi-disciplinary practice and have achieved some fantastic results since their creation almost 10 years ago. There will be further expansion in the future as they continue to build an impressive client portfolio and continue to deliver strong results on complex projects.
