Job Details
An exciting role has just opened up with a prestigious NHS Trust based in South London.
Job Specifics:
- Estates Officer Band 6 (Mechanical or Electrical bias are welcome)
- 3 - 6 month contract with the view to take this permanent for the right individual.
- Paying between £20 - 25 per hour (based on a 37.5 hour week)
About your new role:
- To support the Estates Managers in maintaining all electrical or mechanical equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is compliant to statutory and mandatory standards.
- Maintaining and refining PPM's.
- Repair and replacement programmes.
- Some involvement in estates minor project works.
About you:
- Qualified to a HNC level in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience in managing in-house and out sourced contractors.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
