Job Details
Our client is one of the UK’s most sought after investor and developers. They have recently acquired a retail led estate ahead of a major town centre redevelopment. They are seeking an Asset Manager to initially manage the current portfolio whilst preparing the asset for redevelopment and then work closely with the development team on the future of the assets. The future mixed-use development will transform the urban centre with a mix of high density leisure, workspace and residential in a scheme that could be over £1bn in scale.
The role will entail financial modelling and viability assessment of both the redevelopment and leasing initiatives and candidates are required to be extremely hands on with tenants and have an interest in the PRS sector.
You should be between 2 and 6 years PQE and have asset management experience.
