Associate Director Property/Asset Manager
A boutique Asset and Investment Management specialist is seeking a Commercial Property/Asset Manager to manage a portfolio of office and retail assets in London.
Salary for this position is £50,000-60,000 with lucrative bonus and benefits.
Responsibilities may include:
- Extensive client reporting to ensure understanding of daily management and long-term asset management initiatives.
- Daily management of the properties including; service charge budgeting, property inspections and tenant liaison.
- Bringing in new business, although this is not an essential part of the role, you are directly rewarded for any new business brought in.
- Keeping up-to-date with market knowledge.
Requirements:
- MRICS is preferred but not essential.
- Commercial Property or Asset Management experience is essential.
