Location: Appletree Court, Lyndhurst
Salary: £42,158 - £47,082 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (Full Time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Objective
The development of new commercial property for the purpose of income generation and economic growth in the New Forest is a key priority for the District Council. If you can share our vision to make that a reality, are determined, creative and innovative, we would very much like to hear from you.
Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to play a significant role in the development of commercial property in the New Forest. We know the role will be varied, interesting and rewarding.
The emphasis is on you delivering commercial property development projects from inception, procurement and construction to the completed product.
You will instruct and manage consultants, contractors and other professionals working as part of the project team, including working with colleagues within the Council and externally.
Your profile
- You will have previous experience in a similar environment and have a proved record of delivery;
- You will have a degree level qualification in a relevant subject area;
- You will be a Member of an appropriate professional body such as The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors;
- You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator.
