Development Manager
Our client is a high-end, boutique developer who is known for producing exquisite residential and commercial projects in some of London’s finest locations.
Due to a very busy pipeline they require a development manager to join the team and cover all aspects of the development process from the identification of new development opportunities through to completion.
Key responsibilities:
- Seek new development opportunities
- Undertake feasibility and viability appraisals
- Manage the planning process
- Work with the development team through design, tendering, and delivery of the project
Key requirements:
- Proven track record of working on schemes from acquisition through to completion
- Experience in residential, commercial or mixed-use developments
Salary:
- £50,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
