Job Details


Working in Manchester, you will be managing the FM operations and client service delivery for a Grade A Premium Office and Commercial portfolio. Operationally covering the FM, H&S, Security, Contractor Management and Mobilisation and Client wise covering FoH, client journey, wellbeing and associated requirements.

A leading Property Management and Development business, managing the top premium estate/portfolio in the region with further interests in other areas that may fall into this remit.

Description

Effective leadership and line management to Property Managers and line reports. Experience in remote management and managing a diverse team, as well as recruiting top prop managers and FoH is highly desirable.

Manage asset, capital exp, planned & reactive maintenance and regulatory compliance, and being fully engaged with service charge management/processes

Responsible for HSE, and maintenane of records and systems

Add value in property management services, improving occupier management and enhancing relationships

Lead mobilisation of new building/assets, providing set up where new PMA's in place or client has changed.

Review FM provision, providing recommendations where improvements can be made

Ensure compliance to legislation

Profile

A proven team manager, able to lead people.

The ability to work with high end clients, maintaining relationships and able to present to prospective new tenants.

Experience in end-to-end management of sites and/or 1-off projects

Apply Legislation for HSE, minimum IOSH Managing Safely, ideally NEBOSH

Strong financial management skills, including Service Charge

Strong organisational skills

Experience working with managing agent/TFM environment, with blue chip or similar clients
