Job Details
A UK based property asset manager, co-investor and real estate adviser operating across the UK and mainland Europe are looking an asset manager to undertake the asset managment of two shopping centres with the role developing into a wider role to cover alternative asset classes. You will be responsible for the identification and implementation of asset management initiatives including rent reviews, lettings, regears and development opportunities both directly and through external agents. You should be MRICS qualified with clientside asset management experience or looking to gain client-side experience with demonstrable experience of retail and other asset classes. Strong academic, presentation and communication skills together with an understanding of cashflows are a must.
