Are you AutoCAD proficient with experience of retail store design? A leading retailer is seeking an innovative, experienced Project Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. You will be responsible for all elements of store and office design, efficiently managing the design process to deliver projects. With responsibility for enduring the company is compliant with all legislative planning and building control regulations, you will be in charge of cost control, budgeting, and database management. Demonstrable AutoCAD experience, along with the ability to work in the 3D is essential to carry out this contract position, which is available initially on a three month contract basis, with strong potential for extension, or a subsequent permanent role.
