Job Details
A privately-owned real estate fund management and advisory business are seeking a Director - Project Management to work within their Development Team. You will be responsible for the hands-on delivery of project management to a wide range of capital projects, ranging from £150,000 small scale refurbishments through to £40m mixed use developments, as well as implement new standards and guidelines for capital project management across the funds. Working alongside existing Development Management and Asset Management Team, you will provide best in class capital project management to all fund investments. The sector of work is also diverse ranging from Retail, Commercial, Office, Residential and Industrial. Ideally you will be an MRICS in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Project Management with experience in management of property developments and construction projects as well as some understanding of Town Planning system.
