My client are a small very well funded PropCo with a portfolio of developments across all asset classes.
They're looking for a new Head of Acquisitions to be very market facing and bring in new opportunities for the business.
They are very opportunistic and will deliver anything that makes sense.
As such in order to be strongly considered for this position you must clearly be able to demonstrate recent deal flow ideally across a range of asset classes (commercial bias) nationally.
