My client is one of the UK's leading real estate & Commercial consultancy, the Building Consultancy department is looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to undertake a wide range of instructions across the building consultancy discipline. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a market leading team and work with a professional and growing team on some key projects across London and the UK.

You will be working on instructions including project management, contract administration, dilapidations, landlord and tenant advice and technical due diligence on a range of commercial property. You will also be assisting in increasing the range and quantity of instructions via business generation to ensure development of the department, as well as supporting colleagues from other disciplines to seek and develop new business opportunities.

You will be MRICS qualified and will have at least 1 years' experience working in a Building Surveying role.

You will need to have the ability to measure buildings in accordance with RICS Code of Practice, have an understanding of the components of commercial buildings and the ability to describe the constructional elements. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and within a team, are additional requirements.
