Executive Assistant/PA - Central London

Our client, a highly regarded property developer is looking to recruit an experienced PA within the coming weeks.

As a company, they are highly regarded for developing some of the finest property around in London and the wider M25 and have a strong international presence with investors heavily involved in their stock worldwide.

As support to the owner you will be required to provide an excellent representation of him and his team, travel when needed (not regularly), be proactive and manage his time whilst providing support while the senior management team drives the business forward.

Job Role:

  • Extensive diary management and travel arrangements

  • Responsible for drafting all correspondence including memos, agreements, circulars and any other communications

  • Liaison with internal stakeholders to acquire relevant documents, reports and information, as well as follow up to tight deadlines

  • Develop and maintain relationships with offices of high profile individuals, external suppliers and overseas offices

  • Organise all internal and external meetings, conference calls, events, keeping track of pre-meeting preparation and subsequent follow up

  • Receive, screen, handle or field calls and visitors with the utmost professionalism

You will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role at Senior level 

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Intuitive and self starter, able to grasp problems and execute solutions

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a changing list of priorities

  • Understanding of the importance and protocols of dealing with high net worth individuals

  • Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Have a negotiable notice period, start date within 2-4 weeks is ideal!!

​Benefits:

Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 + medical insurance and various other benefits
