Salary up to £48,772 (including incentive payments)

Are you looking for a fulfilling and challenging professional role as part of a friendly award-winning team? You’ll be involved in the delivery of our ambitious plans, including the award-winning Solent Enterprise Zone project (at Solent Airport, Daedalus), and helping to ensure the optimal use of the Council’s diverse and expanding asset portfolio.

As part of our small and highly talented service you’ll provide professional estate management across our diverse portfolio, maximising income and reducing running costs. This includes negotiating leases, rent reviews & licenses, and providing asset management & development advice. You’ll meet with a wide variety of challenges so need first-hand experience of property and estate management services, drive, influence, strategic awareness and persuasiveness. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
