The role as Sales & Lettings Negotiator is to work as an internal member of the team selling various houses from help to buy to outright selling. You will also be working within the lettings arm of the business to help grow and develop their portfolio. This role offers fantastic training and there is room for progression.

This client is a well-known business in Fleetwood and they are looking to recruit two people into the sales and lettings team.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Sales & Lettings Negotiator will be:

• To register tenants, buyers and investors on a regular basis on the phone

• Set up face to face viewings

• Attend viewings

• Run open houses for the popular properties

• Attend properties to run inventory checks

• Let and sell properties, flats and all type of housing

• Able to work Saturday mornings

• Able to work and travel around Blackpool, Cleveleys and Blackpool

• MUST hold a driving licence

Profile

The successful Sales & Lettings Negotiator will have:

• Estate Agent in a lettings or sales role would be ideal

• Anyone that is working in a tele sales role may be considered

• Customer services experience, phone based

• New Homes experience

• May consider someone who is willing to learn, hard working and is looking for the first step into sale

• Must be a driven individual happy to work to targets and deadlines

• Articulate and engaging

• Be approachable

• Well presented

• You will be able to work Monday - Friday with the odd Saturday morning on viewings
