Your new role

You will be responsible in managing existing clients, perform the full building surveying technical role including principle design / CDM-C, help and guide junior staff and have an operational type of approach to the business. The company will provide you with a range of work at various values in sectors such as retail, office, residential, health, education etc...

What you'll need to succeed

Vast experience working for a consultancy in a Building Surveying role, a good understanding and knowledge of the local market, experience with guiding junior staff through there APC and providing them the relevant support to progress their careers, extensive technical experience and various sector experience.
