Mortgage Broker Team/Sales Mngr @ Leading Finance Co

Our client are a leading Real Estate Finance company based in central London, who are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their highly successful Mortgages department as the Team/Sales Manager. The Mortgages team provide specialist in the following situations:

- Purchase
- Remortgage
- Interest Only Mortgages
- Buy to Let Mortgages
- Barrister Mortgages
- Investment Banker Mortgages
- Million Pound Mortgages
- Large Mortgage Loans
- Contractor Mortgages
- Self-Employed Mortgages

Our client have built up strong relationships with a range of lenders in addition to the traditional banks including financiers and private equity lenders. With these strong relations, you have the ability to fully optimise your client's options and successfully secure funding.

Essential requirements:

- At least 3+ years industry experience, ideally working for a bank, fund, lender or brokerage
- Ideally CeMAP qualified
- Good academic background
- Intimate knowledge of regulations and procedures
- Sound commercial awareness and an enthusiasm to develop new business streams
- Have a capability in generating new business and servicing established client contacts
- Are committed and have an eye for detail
- Excellent project management, presentation and leadership skills
- Are capable of managing a wide and complex workload
- Are personable and can lead a team

Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £40,000 to £60,000 + commission, but would consider paying more for the right person.
