Commercial Investment Agent @ PropCo

RealRec are delighted to be working with one of London's leading Investment and Development consultancies who are looking for a commercial investment agent to join their extremely successful, ambitious and well respected team.

Our client are work closely with their extensive client base, comprising of high net worth individuals, oversees investors and institutions. The firm's primary focus is on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment and development properties, land and opportunities both with and without planning consent, primarily across Greater London but with some current instructions across the breadth of the country.

Requirements:

- 12+ months previous investment agency or commercial property experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Personable and capable of developing and maintaining a network of contacts and clients
- The ability to efficiently manage your own workload with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Full driving licence
- A strong property and investor network

Our client are offering a very competitive basic salary circa £25,000 to £40,000 + commission. Long term career prospects are fantastic, with the ability to earn in excess of £100k.
