Job Details
This is an opportunity for an individual to join a thriving company who offer an entrepreneurial working environment, clear career progression and a rewarding bonus structure. You will play a key role in overseeing the structuring of deals and assessing development opportunities.
My client is a residential development led consultancy who are based in London and operate across the entire South.My client works on behalf of a wide range of clients in the BTR, PRS, residential and commercial sectors.
Some typical deal examples my client is involved with:
- Disposal of site for development of 180 apartments
- Development site with planning for 30 units
- Acquisition of mixed use scheme - retail, leisure, residential
- 3 acre site - near London - development for 260 homes
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out due diligence on developments/investments
- Conducting appraisals to assess potential/risks
- Structuring deals
- Sourcing development/investment opportunites
- Providing technical development advice
You ideally will have/be:
- A strong understanding of the development process
- A track record of identifying development/investment opportunities
- A track record of assessing opportunities
- Strong communication skills
