Oyster Partnership are working closely with a Housing Association based in the East Midlands and are looking for a Fire Safety Manager to work on an initial 6-12month basis with the possibility of extension due to high project demand.

Ideally my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible however notice periods will be considered.

What the job entails;

  • Delivering remedial actions coming out of Fire Risk Assessments
  • Management of the inspectors and surveyors
  • Provide technical advice on defects and diagnosis
  • Making sure budgets are met
  • Delivery of large capital projects

Requirements for the role;

  • Construction experience
  • Housing Association experience
  • Extensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in Fire Safety
  • Client facing
  • Experience in delivering projects to specified budgets
  • Up to date Fire Safety training
  • Relevant qualification in both construction and fire safety
  • Full Valid Driving Licence
