Asset Manager - Client Side

Client-Side Asset manager up to £43,000 + package


My client is a South Yorkshire based organisation who are looking for an Asset Manager to join their expanding team.

It will be your role to assist the team in matters of strategic & operational asset management including;

* Assisting with Acquisitions & Disposals
* Capital Investment
* To assist with investment projects
* Procurement & management of contractors
* Assist with the development, coordination & implementation of the asset management plan
* Planning & control of the property & estates portfolio to meet agreed business plans
* Delivery of projects & programmes

You will ideally have previous experience in an asset management role, but my client is open to other General Practice backgrounds like property/ estates management, development, agency, commercial property etc. You will be an MRICS Surveyor or in the process of completing your APC.

You will be working in a client-side property focused job, with a supportive team, and a real chance to broaden the scope of the role itself, and your position in the organisation. You will work with specialists in their field, and deal with the full range of management duties, so no day is ever the same. The role will see you take full responsibility for aspects of the portfolio, and the accountability that brings can offer a great platform for progression.
