A Yorkshire based client is looking for an experienced Commercial Estates Surveyor to take lead on all estate management matters within their property portfolio.

Your role will be to:

  • Manage a team of professionals delivering the estate management functions ensuring targets are kept
  • Undertake lease renewals, rent reviews, service charges and Landlord and Tenant matters
  • Market and let vacant premises
  • Carry out valuations
  • Manage complex leased property assets

About You:

  • Ideally you will be MRICS/hold a relevant degree
  • A minimum of 5 years PQE is preferred
  • Have experience working on a wide range of complex property issues within different sectors
