I am currently looking for a Project Manager to work at an NHS Trust based in South London. The role will be on a 9 - 12 month basis, which will be aimed to be extended or made permanent for the right candidate. Offering £30 - 32 per hour based on a 37.5 hour week and to start as soon as possible.

About the role:

  • Support the Estates Team.
  • Assurance of accurate project management records are produced and maintained.
  • Provide guidance on projects and methods of reducing expenditure.
  • Plan capital projects in line with the Trusts programmed strategic objectives.
  • Carry out refurbishments along with some other capital projects.

About you:

  • Previous NHS experience.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing capital projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience completing projects to a value of £500,000.
  • Working knowledge of building structures.

Desirable attributes:

  • Experience carrying out NEC3 or P22 projects.
