Based Lancashire
Up to £40,000 + company car
My client is an actively purchasing strategic land throughout the UK, having created an impressive track record of achieving planning consents for sites which they are looking to promote or develop. The land bank is such that they have an immediate need for a capable Land Buyer to join their team and support the promotion process.
It is envisaged that the appointed candidate will be working towards membership of a relevant professional body (either MRTPI or MRICS) who will have gained some experience of working in land and development. Your role will be to support the team with the appraisal and planning process on active sites that they are looking to trade. This is an excellent opportunity for a Land Buyer to enhance their technical capability whilst also building a strong network of contacts with local authorities, agents and land owners in the pursuit of new strategic sites.
