Associate Partner or Partner Institutional Valuation & Consultancy

The role is for a leading consultancy to work out of their head office in the west end, focusing on institutional clients advising them on valuation and consultancy work. A senior level appointment with flexibility on salary and level depending on the individual.

The role

• This role in a specialised department requires a strong appreciation of the clients' requirements (often public sector of charities) together with a wider understanding of the development/ alternative use potential of these assets.
• The role will include Valuation and professional consultancy for Institutional Consultancy Clients.
• A strong emphasis on business generation.
• Presentations to clients in various formats - one-to-one, presentations or larger seminars.
• Editing and compiling research reports.
• Bringing forward opportunities for development.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential and commercial markets and at least 5 years' PQE.
• They will be efficient and independent and possess strong written and communication skills.
