Job Details
One of the largest property consultancies in the UK is looking for ambitious planning and regeneration professionals to help their clients prepare and deliver some of the most challenging projects in the country.
The company is looking for an individual who can interpret policy and trends to provide commercially sound advice which helps unlock the potential of their client's regeneration sites. The right candidate would be a strategic thinker who can think big and recommend creative solutions to complex problems.
You will need to have at least five years post qualification experience. However, our client will look at candidates from a variety of backgrounds: planners (public and private), surveyors and economics.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality strategic advice to clients
- Preparing and delivering technical analysis
- Account management and producing strategic reports for clients
- Engaging and persuading stakeholders
