My client is looking for a qualified Building Surveyor to join their team based in the City. They specialise with Commercial clients where the bulk of the work with be based on Dilapidations, TDD and PPM. This is a great opportunity for someone to join their team, where you will be working closely with an Associate and a Director who will help guide and grow you to a more senior level.
The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have;
- MRICS ideally
- RICS accredited degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience within a consultancy environment
