I am delighted to announce that one of my clients, a hugely respected and well known firm in London are looking to hire an experienced Individual for a new and exciting role as a Senior Surveyor for their City of London portfolio.

The portfolio is an exciting and highly sought after set of flagship office buildings whose tenants include some of the most respected banks, investments funds and financial institutions in the world. We are looking for an outgoing and driven individual with good experience and strong interpersonal skills.

It will require strong relationship building with both Landlord & Tenant and the ability to deal diplomatically with any arising issues and resolve conflict.

The successful applicant will be a very talented individual with strong commercial nous and knowledge.

The position comes with a market leading compensation package along with outstanding benefits and remuneration. For the right profile, it also offers rapid promotional opportunities to Associate Director level and beyond.

Salary and Compensation

Basic annual Salary of £60,000

Annual Discretionary Bonus

Car allowance of £6000

25 Days annual leave Excluding Bank Holidays
