Job Details
Seeking an experienced FM Manager, ideally with prior professional services experience, who can assume this newly created position and roll out 1st class FM service in a professional manner across the business.
Providing top quality office and client services across national offices and 1 EU office.

Description
Managing leases and guaranteeing the firm and landlords meet terms
Dealing with Landlords and appointed providers ensuring Facilities meet service charge agreement
Managing sub-contractors, FM provider relationships and building maintenance, repair and improvements, including office moves and re-furbishments
Responsible for H&S, compliance and training.
Responsible for security, fire, emergency and evacuation procedures
Create a centralised travel booking service
To be responsible for all FM aspects of Business Continuity planning
Ensuring FOH/the business provide high quality reception and switchboard services
All client areas are flawless and meet brand standard, as well as upkeep of meeting rooms
Providing catering and hospitality for client and internal events, working with the Marketing and Business Development team
Leadership of a small team
Profile
Ideally someone experienced in assuming a Facilities Manager role, covering multiple locations, as a newly created position and able to establish and implement top class process and procedures.
Property and facilities management ideally within the professional services industry
Ideally IWFM level 4 or equivalent
Demonstrable team management
Procurement and negotiation skills - stakeholder management and dealing with sub-contractors
Excellent communicator
Analytical, problem-solver
Excellent time manager, able to prioritise workload and manage time accordingly
Attention to the deal but able to see the big picture
Decision maker
