Are you a newly qualified Building Surveyor? Did you not receive the uplift/new challenge that you were expecting to receive? If so I have a number of clients who would like to schedule an interview with yourself.
They are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who has experience within Dilapidations and is strong with TDD. Ideally you would have some Contract Admin/Project Management experience as sometimes you will be over a project based survey, while also having strong Commercial and Residential experience as that is the core clientele that you will be dealing with.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS Qualified
- Previously employed at a consultancy
