A national property consultancy with an impressive client list and a fantastic culture are looking for an experienced consultant to join them in their Reading public sector team. The client base is primarily housing associations. The workload for this role is nice and varied, you will assist the firms clients in areas including asset management, asset appraisal, development and helping them formulate their portfolio strategy.

They will consider candidates with either RICS, CIOB or CIHCM accreditations, experience of working within/consulting for a Housing Associate would be useful but not essential.
