Project Manager, Residential, North West

Assistant Project Manager – Senior Project Manager. 

My client is keen to bring in 2 Project Managers of varying levels to join their ambitious development team. 

As Project Manager you will work in partnership with the design, technical and construction teams to ensure specifications and standards are robustly delivered throughout the development process. You will drive and manage projects from the initial site acquisition, the design, specification and costing of the scheme, managing consultants to deliver timely planning applications, managing and driving programme timescales and deadlines, procuring technical design details, co-ordinating contractors tenders and major infrastructure delivery on site. You will have a portfolio of up to 3 projects at one time that may vary in size and stages. 

My client is a major Housebuilder who deliver a high-quality homes on a large-scale across the North West. They have a secure development pipeline and are renowned for their tenacity and ambition. 

Key Attributes include;

• Good strong knowledge of the overall development process.
• The ability to create and manage programmes
• The capability to work across a multi-disciplinary environment
• Excellent administration skills

Experience of working in residential development is essential, a technical/architectural background is a bonus.
