About the Client

My client is a major, volume housebuilder developing a high-quality product across the Midlands. They have strong, stable team and due to an internal move wish to appoint a Land Director to lead the land department. The business already has a strong land bank but this consistently requires topping up due to their high production output.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director you will lead the land team, offering support, development and guidance to ensure that the business achieves it acquisition goals. You will set the land strategy and ensure that the tactics are in place to enable the team to succeed.

Personal Requirements

You are a highly capable land professional who can demonstrate the successful acquisition of large-scale, traditional housing sites. You can engender a strong team ethos that is target focused, committed but also professional, well networked and trustworthy.

We are keen to speak with both existing Land Directors and senior land professionals who are ready to make the “step-up.”

To discuss the role, in confidence, please contact Mark Heald, Director psd group on 0207 970 9788.

Company
