We are looking for an experienced and driven New Homes Sales Consultant for our client, a global real estate firm, involved with some of the most exciting and well-known residential property developments in Manchester and London, now looking to establish a Residential Sales team in Birmingham.

The varied role will see you meeting and greeting potential purchasers, providing proactive and reactive responses to enquiries and ensuring all enquires are followed up with no exception.  You’ll cover the whole process from prospect database entry and an awareness of what competitors are up to right through to contract chasing and liaison with developers and solicitors.  You’ll use your knowledge of the residential sales market to set up processes to help establish the team and to ensure efficiency.

You’ll have experience of residential sales, preferably within Birmingham city centre with a proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high quality customer service.  The ability to develop strong client relationships comes naturally to you and you’re able to deal with a wide variety of people and have a high degree of integrity.  With strong organisational ability and attention detail, you’re able to prioritise a high workload.  Motivated and driven you’re also calm under pressure.
