Customer Care Manager- Housebuilder – North West - £45,000 - £50,000 plus car, bonus & benefits

About the Client:

My client is a successful and expanding Residential Developer who build homes across the UK.  They are extremely successful and recent results have been outstanding. . Due to expansion they are now looking to appoint a Customer Services Manager to be based in their North West office.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the Customer Care function within the North West region.  You will ensure the customer receives the highest standard of after care.  Working with customers to resolve issues and follow-up actions through to conclusion.  

• Carrying out plot inspections prior to legal completion 
• Attend NHBC Claim Inspections and follow up any remedial actions required 
• Carryout inspections following ‘defects’ reports received
• Issue job cards to the Maintenance Team and contractors 
• Inspect the quality of works and manage any subsequent contra charges
• Data input and reporting 
• Weekly meetings with Regional MD 
• Continually improve the customer care service 

    
What we’re looking for:  

• Proven experience in a customer services role
• Ability to carry out inspections
• In-depth knowledge of the housebuilding sector
• Customer focused and commercial minded
