Are you currently operating at a Senior level and looking for a new challenge?
Do you have a good mix of experience across the Commercial sector?
I have a really exciting opportunity for someone just like you to join well known Estate based in the North West. Their portfolio currently consists of predominantly Commercial properties however there is also a mix of residential and some agricultural presence in addition.
This role is a real mix of work, you will be competent in professional work such as rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals. Asset Management is a key area of this role, the Estate are keen for someone to come in to steady the ship and drive it in the right direction in terms of monetising the current portfolio and seeking out opportunities where they can develop it further.
