PSD have been retained to search for a Facilities Manager (soft services) for a premium hospitality client.  The role is to be responsible for the provision of services across the portfolio and responsible for the day to day operations and management of subcontracted professionals.  This includes:-

  • Cleaning, hygiene services, pest control, waste management, recycling and gardening and landscaping
  • Managing budgets, review contract agreements, commercial terms and SLA’s / KPI’s
  • Tendering and procuring services and contracts and mobilising new service partners
  • Oversee contractors and subcontracted professionals ensuring and improving the high standards of delivery

Ideal candidate will have experience of facilities management within a hospitality type environment where there is a demand for high standards of service and sensibilities around service delivery. Retail, hotel or hospitality experience is certainly of interest either working client-side FM or providing FM services as an Account Manager or service provider.
