Are you currently looking for a new role or just keeping an ear to the ground?
Do you fancy working with a National Property Company across a mixed portfolio?
I have an exciting role with a forward thinking Property Company who are looking for an Asset Manager based out of Manchester. You will need to be competent in transactional work (Rent reviews and Lease renewals) and also have an eye for potential Development opportunities.
This would suit a professional who is already doing a similar role clientside and fancies a change within an organisation that can propel their career. It would also suit someone who has done agency and L&T and is looking to make the jump clientside.
Salary Circa £45-50,000 depending on experience (3+ years PQE) and good bonus potential.
