Managing Director, to Establish a New London Residential Development Business £200,000+

About the Client 
My client is a dynamic, entrepreneurial mixed-use developer who operate across London and the South East. They have significant land-holdings within the capital and wish to create a new, urban focused business who will both develop these sites as well as identify and acquire new projects. These schemes will be on a significant scale (1000 units +,) with mixed-use and potentially mixed tenure. 

About the Role 
Reporting to the CEO of the business you will be responsible for jointly establishing the strategy for this new division, recruiting the team, setting the tactics and ensuring successful performance. You will focus on developing effective systems and processes, the brand, strong relationships with external stakeholders (funders, JV partners, London Boroughs etc) and giving the business the leadership and guidance required to thrive.

Personal Requirements 
You are a highly experienced residential-led, mixed-use development professional who has a second-to-none understanding of the London market. Typically sites are Zone 2 outwards and an understanding of major, technically challenging projects is essential. You are dynamic, decisive and hands-on with a modern management style that brings the best out of people. You are able to develop long-standing relationships with key-players as well as bring to bear a formidable network. You have a entrepreneurial, can-do attitude and are able to bring a positive mindset to problem solving.
